- We do not allow returns.
Replacements
- We keep things simple, replacements are available for
- Size issues.
- Defective prints.
- Damaged items.
- To be eligible for a replacement, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- To raise a replacement request, send us an e-mail at contact@merchsloth.in with the subject line "(order number)_Replacement" and a short explanation of what the issue is.
- Once a replacement is approved, the items are delivered following our usual Shipping Timeline.
- For size issues, we charge a nominal handling fee for facilitating the replacement.
- For t-shirts & crop tops: Rs 100
- For hoodies & bomber jackets: Rs 200
Refunds

Refunds are usually processed within a few hours once they are approved.
